If you have a rewards credit card, and specifically sought out a card with super cool perks, it’s likely that you have a stockpile of miles or points sitting in your account. While you can usually tap into those points for travel or cash back, another option allows you to donate your rewards to a favorite charity.
Unlike a monetary donation to a charity using your credit card, where a small processing charge is taken out of your gift, in most cases donating your rewards ensures your nonprofit of choice gets the full value of your donation.
